A group of 80 modern style townhouses and 4 apartment buildings located in Jumeirah village in UAE all designed to overlook a magnificent landscape view and provided with commercial facilities in the apartment buildings G floor.

A NEW APPROACH TO AN OVERWHELMING VIEW

SUMMARY

The project consists of 80 villas and 4 apartment G+5 buildings in which our role was redesigning the project

master plan then redesigning all units in which we gave

a wonderful landscape view for all units which raised the

selling price of each unit resulting in a raise of around 20 million dirhams for each phase due to the brilliant rearrangement of master plan and landscape.
